About:

Our mission is ending the unnecessary euthanasia of cats and dogs in NC shelters. We do this by helping low-income families afford spay/neuter surgeries, which limits the amount of litters being born and ending up in overpopulated shelters.

We offer a program in Cary called THE $20 FIX, which helps low-income families afford to spay/neuter their pets. They can qualify by being a recipient of most social service programs or by income. Once qualified they can get their cat or dog spayed or neutered for $20 or less.

AnimalKind also has a program called SpayNC Helpline which provides information to residents anywhere in NC about reduced cost spay/neuter resources in their area by either calling a toll-free number or visiting our website.
