Favorite accomplishment: “I am proud of the people I work with and the relationships we have built with our clients.”

Motivation: “My family, including my wife and 1-year-old daughter.”

Biggest challenge: “In business, the recipe for success is always changing. Knowing when and how to make those changes is part of the challenge and fun. That requires staying engaged with coworkers, clients and the community.”

Guiding philosophy: “It’s important to treat people the way you would want to be treated.”

Fun fact: “I love to cook.” (He makes his own sausage!)
