Plunge Pedal & Plod has been Fit & Able’s signature annual event since 1997 and we are glad to be back again for! With four courses there is a challenge for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Whether you’re new to the sport of a seasoned veteran you will find a course four you!

For 2017 we have added a Splash & Dash! That means just a swim and run, no bike. Like the other events you can race the Splash & Dash individually or as a relay team.
