Two longtime Maggy Awards favorites among Cary Magazine readers, Twisted Scizzors Salon and radio host Bob Dumas of G105, are teaming up this Sunday in Cary to offer free haircuts in exchange for a $10 minimum donation to Bob’s Buddies.

Bob’s Buddies, a nonprofit founded by Dumas, helps children and families dealing with pediatric brain tumors.

The charity cut-a-thon runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and is open to men, women and children, just in time for back to school.

Twisted Scizzors is located at 2751 NC 55 in Cary, at the intersection of High House Road.
