Wake Audubon free monthly community program

Wake Audubon monthly program; second Tuesday of every month. Come and hear from education and conservation experts on an array of topics throughout the year. From Charles Darwin to birding in the age of the internet, North Carolina salamanders, butterflies, dragonflies and more we’re sure you’ll enjoy a topic of interest to you. We look forward to meeting you. Programs are free and open to the public.

Please arrive between 7:10 and 7:35 p.m. to gain entrance. Program begins at 7:30 p.m. (August program at 6:30 p.m.; please arrive between 6:10 and 6:35 p.m.) Location is Nature Research Center, 121 West Jones Street; enter via main doors to the right of the Daily Planet Globe and proceed to the fourth floor Environmental Conference Center. Restrooms will be available. (Note that this is after hours, and the rest of the museum is closed during our meeting.) On-street parking is free in the evening.
