Southern Tide and Folds of Honor are thrilled to partner for a special one-day Stand To Honor event happening throughout the U.S. on May 19. This Southern Tide initiative is dedicated to raising money to help provide educational scholarships to the children and spouses of our nation’s fallen and disabled soldiers. On Saturday, May 19 from 10:13am to 5:13pm participants will stand in 13-minute increments to represent the 13 folds of an American flag given to the families of a fallen soldier. Through this one-day event, Southern Tide and Folds of Honor look to raise crucial funds to award 15 educational scholarships to deserving children and spouses of our nation’s fallen and disabled soldiers. People who would like to participate can call or go to their local participating Southern Tide store and sign up for their slot today. If someone is unable to stand or would like to contribute monetarily to the Stand To Honor initiative, they can make donations through the Southern Tide and Folds of Honor donation link.
