The Heart of Cary Association  will hold its annual fall festival Saturday, October 27,2018, from 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., on Academy and West Chatham Streets in downtown Cary. The event, renamed, “Fall for Cary” will benefit Dorcas Ministries of Cary.
This year, the festival is partnering with the Town of Cary’s “Great Pumpkin Carve” to bring a host of free events
open to the public.

some of the planned events include: the area’s best food trucks; local craft beers; live music; ghost walk; haunted house; petting zoo; costume contests for kids, pets and parents; trick or treating at downtown businesses; hay rides; contests for pumpkin carving, turkey calling and pie eating; kids bounce house; arts and crafts; and a treasure hunt with more than $3,000 in prizes.
Admission is free and there will be plenty of designated free parking throughout downtown.
The Cary Farmers’ Market will also be held that day from 7:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at 135 West Chatham Street.
