Mutts & Marshmallows 5K and 8K

As always everyone who finishes the race gets a great mug, all the hot chocolate they can drink, and proceeds from the doggie dash (register you dog to run with you for just $10!) go to support the Wake County SPCA.

There are 4 races to choose from! The signature event is the 5K Doggie Dash (run with your dog!) but there’s also a regular 5K, 8K, and 1 Mile fun run. The Mutts & Marshmallows is also the first race of Fit & Able’s 2019 Free-for-All Race Series.

Fit & Able loves family fitness and whose four-legged furry friend isn’t part of the family? Dog owners are welcome to run with their pups in the Doggie Dash 5K! For only $10 per dog it will be happy trails for both runners and their dogs. AND, the full $10 dog sign up fee goes to support the Wake County SPCA!
5K & Doggie Dash: $30 10K: $40 Mile: $15
Prices go up December 16th!
RRCA Rules: Dogs may not participate in the regular 5K, 8K, or 1 Mile races; children 12 & under may not participate in the Doggie Dash 5K.
