Roots for Reece: Chefs Picnic 2019

Under the Oak Farm is honored to present Roots for Reece: Chefs Picnic 2019 that will take place at Under the Oak Farm in Clayton, N.C. on Sunday, June 23rd at 4:30pm. This charity benefit will donate 100% of proceeds to the North Carolina Harm Reduction Coalition, a non-profit leading the way in opiate overdose prevention and education.

The picnic will include small plates from the following participating chefs:

Ticket Information:
Tickets are available online for $100 per adult and $15 per child. Tickets include food, drinks, a raffle ticket and a Roots for Reece t-shirt.

About Roots for Reece
Founded in honor of the late Reece Byrd, Roots for Reece works with local non-profits like the North Carolina Harm Reduction Coalition (NCHRC) to help raise money to end drug related deaths by using harm reduction tactics, encouraging support and providing alternatives via treatment to those struggling with opiate addiction. Reece was the best friend of chef Blake Gotliffe of Under the Oak Farm who himself, battled with opiate addiction for many years. Connect with Roots for Reece on Facebook.
