Living Free Expo Brings Food Allergy Options, Resources, & Education to Community

Echo Event Solutions has partnered with national and local gluten-free and allergen free companies to plan and execute a wellness event just in time for families going back-to-school with the challenges of dietary restrictions.

This event will have food samples, resources and lectures to educate provided in a full day of activities. Local Platinum Sponsor, Benefit Your Life Gluten Free Market and Bakery is bringing this event by partnering with Echo Event Solutions to plan and execute. National vendors include Norm’s Farms, Simply Gluten Free Magazine, JP’s Pastry, Whole Foods GF Bake house, Allergic Traveler, Cheenies, Mediterranean Deli and Bakery. Through sampling and educational events, Living Free Expos demonstrate that local food has as big of a place at the table of food allergies as national companies do.
