Crossroads Plaza is the home of Noodles & Company’s new Cary restaurant that opened its doors recently. On the menu are noodles, soups and salads inspired from around the world. It is the chain’s sixth location in North Carolina.
Dishes like Bangkok Curry and Japanese Pan Noodles are from the Asian-inspired menu. Whole Grain Pasta Linguine and Tomato Basil Bisque are highlights from the Mediterranean menu. And dishes like Mushroom Stroganoff and Wisconsin Mac & Cheese are part of the American menu. Diners also have the option to customize their meals based on their dietary restrictions or needs.
In celebration of the new restaurant, Noodles hosted a fundraiser on Nov. 5 where 100 percent of sales went to benefit Cary High School’s after-school assistance program to educate responsible life-long learners who strive for excellence, think critically, practice democratic ideals and respect themselves and others.
“We’re excited to be opening in Cary and introducing more people to our fast, fresh and affordable menu,” said Kevin Reddy, CEO and chairman of Noodles & Company.
