To finish up our 2019/20 Season, Mallarmé will be participating in Come Hear NC, a year long program developed by The State of North Carolina, through the Department of Natural & Cultural Resources. On Saturday, June 20, 2020, you will hear the sounds of today’s North Carolina at a concert of music by contemporary North Carolina composers, including Through the Window, a new commission by Kenneth Frazelle from UNCSA and works of J. Mark Scearce, T.J. Anderson and Caroline Shaw. Featured artists:Andrea Edith Moore, soprano; Scott MacLeod, baritone; Bonnie Thron, cello; and Matthew Brown, piano. The concert will take place at 3:00pm at a local venue yet to be announced.
