The Cary-Page Rotary club is hosting a free virtual event with 5 other local clubs to highlight Rotary and increase awareness for “World Toilet Day.” (Yes, that is a real global thing!)

The Toilet Warrior, Mark Balla, will speak from his home in Australia about his experience installing toilets in remote parts of the world. Believe it or not, more people worldwide have access to a cell phone than a toilet. In many parts of the world, lack of access to a toilet keeps young girls from attending school and completing their education.

People like Mark are truly changing the education levels for girls in some parts of the world just by installing toilets.
