Kicking off GLOW 2023, pop-up outdoor art light installations are back after dark in January. A series of community lantern-making workshops and parade experience: Under the Silver Moon downtown on Saturday, January 14th 6 – 7:30 p.m. on the Town Hall campus. Meet us at Herb Young Young Community Center to join in the parade.
