A group aimed at teaching high school aged children DBT skills to assist in increasing mindfulness practice and regulating emotions.

This group meets Wednesdays from 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Modules are schedule for the following dates:
• Mod 1: October 26-November 16
• Mod 2: November 30-December 21
• Mod 3: January 18th – February 8th
• Mod 4: February 22 – March 15th

Topics Covered Include:
• Mindfulness
• Walking the Middle Path
• Emotional Regulation
• Distress Tolerance

Group Fees (All Non-Refundable):
• 60-minute consult (required) with parent and teen (fees varies based on group leader)
• Total for the module: $460
• Deposit: $460 per 4 week module (non-refundable, due in full at the time of registering)
