The Home is Distant Shores Film Festival celebrates the lives and experiences of immigrants and refugees who left their land of birth and moved to a new country.

Featuring a compilation of 14 short films by filmmakers from around the world, the event provides a compelling and unique view into the lives of global nomads – sometimes heart-wrenching, sometimes comic.
