Few ingredients scream summer in North Carolina louder than sweet corn! This incredibly versatile ingredient can go sweet or savory, starch or vegetable, center-of-plate or supporting cast. We are psyched to see what Chef Dylan Shook comes up with for the first installment of our “Ingredient Series,” Mandolin’s Corn Dinner. This event will feature 5 courses with corn as the star. Tickets will be available for $95/person (includes food, tax, and gratuity). Beverages will be available a la carte, and charged in addition to the ticket price.
