Chef Oscar Vazquez has studied culinary arts at Le Cordon Bleu and currently resides in Mexico City, Mexico. He has loved sharing his passion for Mexican cuisine with many guests around the world and will be leading culinary experiences in our Demonstration Kitchen for one week only! Come by yourself or with a group of your favorite girlfriends for a hands-on cooking workshop where you’ll learn to make traditional Mexican cuisine and enjoy great company! The menu for this experience includes fresh guacamole, traditional refried beans, Chicken Tinga Tostadas, and Chef Oscar’s signature Flan for dessert!
