This meal was designed to showcase a lot of flavor with a little bit of tradition from the South, Spain, and China. These recipes are great to learn if you’re planning to host a dinner party or gathering with friends to celebrate and set intentions for the New Year. Chef Lane will be sharing professional tips and tricks alongside the instruction for making these delicious meals in our demonstration kitchen. On the menu tonight is a Massaged Kale and Green Grape salad, an homage to the Spanish tradition that grapes bring good luck. Next, a traditional Southern Roasted Pork Loin with Black-Eyed Peas served with Rice and Braised Collards. Lastly, a Clementine Loaf Cake with Candied Citrus will be prepared for dessert. Citrus is a common New Years gift in parts of China, symbolizing prosperity!
