Herons, the award-winning restaurant at the Umstead Hotel and Spa, will host a Mother’s Day Brunch for moms and their families. The brunch will run from noon to 5 p.m. on Mother’s Day. Mom can choose from dishes like Smoked Tasmanian Salmon and Roasted Beef Filet, and finish with a Cappuccino Eclair or Meyer Lemon Cheesecake.
