Trolley tour of historic downtown Cary.

The Cary Trolley has returned! Climb aboard the climate-controlled trolley and let guides from the Friends of the Page-Walker Hotel share the history of our town as you ride through historic neighborhoods and past historic sites and landmarks. Tours depart from the Page-Walker Arts & History Center. The Downtown History Tours at 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. feature the homes and stories of influential members of the community, including civic leaders, merchants, doctors, and the teachers and principals of North Carolina’s first public high school. You’ll also see historic churches, theaters, and old general stores, and even visit cemeteries with graves dating back to the 1800s.
