Journey back in time, walking the centuries-old streets of Hillsborough, North Carolina. The four-block, in-person walking tour will travel the remarkable history of this unique southern town, beginning in the 1600s. Your tour guide, Barney Caton, explores local events which shaped the nation and key figures such as Billy Strayhorn, Moses Curtis, Elizabeth Keckly, and William Graham, whose legacies reach beyond Orange County.

Tours are $15 per ticket and are scheduled for August 14th, beginning at 10 am. Each tour will be limited to 20 participants and will meet on the concrete pad of Riverpark, across the street from Weaver Street Market. Guests have access to free parking at the parking deck next to Weaver Street Market, the Riverpark Pavillion, or any street parking available.
