Cooking with Wine

$98Join us with registered dietitian, Stefanie Boisvert, to learn how to seamlessly incorporate wines into multiple courses of cuisine. You’ll gain tips and tricks for cooking with wine to impress even the pickiest of guests. In this workshop, you’ll learn to make a refreshing winter greens salad with currant vinaigrette, and a creamy parmesan polenta, porcini & rosemary-crusted pork tenderloin with red wine reduction sauce. For the final course, you’ll make wine-poached pears with mascarpone cream and candied pecans.
