$45North Carolina distillery Cook’s Mill Whiskey will host an exclusive and intimate bourbon-tasting mixer at Peck & Plume on Thursday, March 21, from 6-8pm. Enjoy three beverages highlighting this local bourbon paired with three bites from executive chef Jason Daniels. Cook’s Mill small-batch bourbon whiskey is a sip of North Carolina history; their small-batch bourbon is made with seven North Carolina native heirloom corn varieties, exploring flavors that existed before GMOs. Tickets are $45 per person.
