We’ll focus on preparing delicious crepes with sweet and savory fillings, designed to impress guests who may be staying with you this winter season! You’ll learn the techniques for making delicate crepes alongside seasonal and festive fillings. On the menu, you’ll enjoy a Smoked Salmon and Dill appetizer crepe, a hearty Crepe Monsieur to follow, and lastly a Gingerbread Crepe served with Cherries for dessert.
