Come celebrate the 2 year anniversary for Yoga in Nature™, on Earth Day.
10 SIGN-UPS TO RUN THIS CLASS.

Practice vinyasa flow yoga at Bond Park, Cary. Park near Senior Center or Community Center and cross Metro Park Drive to large grassy field.

Come flow with me, with social distancing of at least 10 feet apart. Please wear your mask/face covering until you arrive on your mat. We will begin in a seated meditation, then vinyasa flow practice ending in savasana.

IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING COVID-19 SYMPTOMS OR HAVE BEEN AROUND SOMEONE WHO HAS COVID, PLEASE STAY HOME, FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL ATTENDEES.

There will be a bag for your cash donation, minimum $10/person. Please try to bring exact change, but will have change if needed.

Bring your yoga mat and whatever you need for your practice. Some people prefer to also bring an old towel to put under their mat if the ground is slightly damp.
