About Kat: I am passionate about educating and empowering people to live healthy, less toxic lives. For the past 10 years I have been researching and learning (through classes, reading, community engagement) how to live my healthiest life! At the age of 32 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and I made a commitment to make healthy choices for my family and I. This included a deeper focus on food and nutrition, focusing on healthy indoor air quality, making my own cleaning products, choosing healthy beauty products, and going nontoxic with all of our products, including bedding and furniture. I have spent thousands of hours researching and testing various products for use and have learned the store bought products that are healthy and effective, which home made products work best, and which are the best bottles and storage containers to use for ease of use, saving you time and money! My goal is to have my time spent work for you! I believe we can all be empowered to make healthier choices. Knowledge is power and I believe small changes can bring great outcomes!
