Assertiveness is the ability to communicate the full range of your thoughts and emotions with confidence and skill.”

– Ronald Adler

Interpersonal problems frequently occur in our personal and professional relationships.
In this workshop participants will learn about three approaches to interpersonal problem solving: passivity; aggression; and assertion.

Participants will have the opportunity to construct assertive messages and practice their skills.

Using this powerful knowledge, participants will develop more effective interpersonal communication skills and build better relationships—in personal and work related spaces.

Register on Eventbrite.registration is required limited seating.

Assertive and Aggressive are not identical twins

This will be beneficial for students, parents and professionals.
