From 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., this immersive experience will guide you through selecting seasonal ingredients, learning new cooking techniques, and enjoying a meal made with the freshest produce.
The day begins with a trip to the farmers market, where you and Chef Kim will hand-pick vibrant, locally grown produce and other ingredients. Once you’ve gathered your bounty, the group will stroll back to our demonstration kitchen, where you’ll collaborate with Chef Kim to prepare your market-fresh meal together.
After all your hard work, you’ll enjoy the fruits of your labor in a relaxed, sunlit setting in our sunroom. This is more than just a cooking class — it’s a chance to connect with the seasons, learn new skills, and savor a delicious meal with fellow food lovers.
