Whether you’re harvesting from your own garden or selecting the best herbs at the market, you’ll learn expert techniques for keeping them fresh, freezing them for later use, and making the most of their bright, aromatic flavors.
Together, you will prepare a meal featuring fresh produce and fragrant herbs. A flavorful salsa will be prepared while perfecting the art of slicing herbs for finishing dishes. You’ll work with asparagus, radishes, pea shoots, spring onions, and more to master your cuts and perfect your slices. To finish the dish, you’ll learn how to carve a seasoned and roasted chicken.
