Is this event free? Yes, all Geek and Grub Markets are free to the public. Where is this month’s event located? At Fred Fletcher Park in Downtown Raleigh located at 820 Clay Street in Downtown Raleigh. Where Do I Park? There are two small parking lots available at Fred Fletcher Park – one on Clay Street and another on Washington Street but parking is limited (hey, it’s downtown). Plan on arriving early to grab a spot in the lot or if you come later, utilize street parking off Washington Street if the parking lots are full. Will There Be Food and Drinks Available? There will be food trucks and food vendors. We’ll have our Geek Tavern up and running featuring some special Super Hero themed non-alcoholic mocktails. Please note that we do not serve alcohol at this event. How Does the Free Raffle Work? You will receive a pair of raffle tickets with every purchase from a vendor. Turn in the tickets at the HQ desk for a chance to win fun prizes. Raffle drawings will take place at 7pm and 9pm and you must be present to win. What is the Scavenger Hunt? How Do I Participate in it? Our Geek & Grub Scavenger Hunt is a fun family-friendly activity that attendees can enjoy while shopping.
