Homemade Bagel Workshop

Whisk welcomes Bruce Pressey for an all new bagel workshop. In this class, you will learn how to make two different doughs, form, boil, apply toppings, and bake. You will also whip up flavored cream cheese and butter that is light as air. Bagels will be served with:
Mediterranean vegetable salad with mint
Avocado mash and poached eggs
Fruit soup “shooters”
COVID policies in place.
