The I HEART 5K benefits the Harbor House. The Harbor House is a non-profit organization that actively assists and provides a safe haven for families in abusive situations. The I HEART 5K takes place Saturday, February 11th, with a start time of 9:00am. The USATF-sanctioned course takes you through the historic and beautiful Flowers Plantation. All participants will receive a t-shirt and there will be awards, prizes, and freebees. This run/walk is a great way to get a fun workout while letting those that have been beaten down know that their community cares.
