The Cary and Raleigh Jaycees Present Biking for Burn Victims – A Fundraiser for the North Carolina Jaycees Burn Center at UNC Chapel Hill

During the month of May the Cary and Raleigh Jaycees have joined forces and are hosting Jaycees Biking for Burn Victims. A virtual bike ride to raise money for the North Carolina Jaycees Burn Center at UNC Chapel Hill. There is a full century, a half century, and a family fun scavenger hunt. Participants can do the full century for $25 and the 100 miles can be done alone or completed by a group of up to 4 people. Participants will receive a medal upon completion. The half century is $15 and after completion participants will receive an electronic certificate. All the participants can pick their level of difficultly. Miles can be completed in one day or over any length of time as long as all 50 or 100 miles are done by midnight May 31.Participants are encouraged to take pledges and the person who raises the most money for the NC Jaycees Burn Center will get a Visa gift card. The final category is the Jocelyn Hardee Family Scavenger Hunt. This category is $25 for a family of 4 or less and $35 for a family of 5 or more. Participants in this category will receive a list of scavenger hunt items to take pictures of on a family bike ride. Upon completion families will receive a family fun pack. The family that submits a picture of the most unique item seen on their bike ride will get an extra special prize pack. Parents can participate in the full or half century and the family scavenger hunt.
