Durham’s Alley Twenty Six will be offering a five-course prix fixe dinner with cocktail pairings for $125 per person (not including tax and gratuity). In 2022, Alley Twenty Six was the first North Carolina bar or restaurant to be a semifinalist for Outstanding Bar Program from the James Beard Foundation; it was one of five finalists for this national award.

The menu includes:
⁃ Tomato Consommé with Celery Heart, Jalapeño and Basil Oil; paired with Cucumber Fino Sherry Jello shot.
⁃ Yellowfin Tuna Crudo with Blood Orange, Fennel, Avocado, Pickled Jalapeño and Orange Sesame Citronette; paired with Rainwater Madeira (Bourbon, Cranberry and Blood Orange)
⁃ Truffled Mushroom Risotto with Peas, Reggianito, Marsala, Rosemary and Lemon; paired with Scotch, Bianco Vermouth, Herbs de Provence Bitters.
⁃ Braised Beef Short Rib with Celery Root Puree, Brussels Sprouts, Shoestring Potato Crisps, Red Wine Sweet Spice Glaze; paired with the Alley Cocktail.
⁃ Dessert choices:
⁃ Affogato Chocolate Mousse with Whipped Cream, Cocoa Powder and Raspberry; paired with Coffee, Raspberry, Cognac and Egg White.

⁃ Cheese Course: Chef’s Selection with Raspberry, Spiced Nuts and Crostini; paired with Cap Corse, Raspberry Syrup, Maple Spring Garden Amaro
