New Year’s Eve Dinner at Alley Twenty Six

$120Reservations are now available for Alley Twenty Six’s New Year’s Eve prix fixe five-course tasting menu with cocktail pairings.
Reservations are available between 4-10:45 p.m. The meal costs $120 per person. Vegetarian options are available upon request.
Here is the full menu:
Chef’s amuse-bouche and Bartender’s amuse-bouche.
House cured Duck Prosciutto with Arugula, Orange, Reggianito, Lemon Zest, Vincotto and Olive Oil. Paired with A L’Orange (Orange peel-infused Byrrh Gin, lemongrass syrup and Vermouth pickled onions).
Ricotta Gnocchi with Butternut Squash, Pecan, Brown Butter Cream Sauce and Sage. Paired with White cocktail (Capertif, X by Glenmorangie, Sage).
Filet of Beef Tenderloin (sous vide with garlic, rosemary and butter) with Yukon Gold Potato Puree, Braised Greens, Mushrooms and Black Garlic Bordelaise; add a Foie Gras Torchon for $9. Paired with Red cocktail (Bourbon, Port, strawberry, cranberry and bitter melon syrups and Peychaud’s).
Dessert choices:
Chocolate Torte with White Chocolate Ganache, Raspberry and Confectioner’s Sugar paired with Good Intentions (Coffee Cognac Raspberry Sour with Egg White).

St. Angel Triple Cream with Raspberry, Almonds and Crostini paired with High Note (Cap Corse, Raspberry Syrup Branca Menta, Mint).
