Appetizer course will include cheeses particular to the Pacific Northwest, fruits including blackberries which fall under the marionberries which is typical of the area and baguette slices.
Course #1 will feature a Teriyaki Vegetarian Fried Rice
Course #2 wild salmon is particular to this area; featured item will be Salmon en Papillote; this would include a base of thinly sliced sweet onions, topped with sweet & white potato slices drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkled with seasonings, salmon is finished with a mustard glaze.
