Lace up your kicks and join fellow animal lovers for a 5K to benefit SAFE Haven for Cats, the coolest no-kill cat shelter serving the Triangle! Runners, or walkers, will tackle a unique course featuring some long grades up and down and beautiful view of a geese-filled lake all to raise money for homeless cats in the region.

This event is family friendly and will feature a timed 5k race as well as an untimed 5K Fun Run/Walk. Dogs, strollers, and your best kitty outfits are all welcome! We’ll have lots of vendors from fitness experts to the latest in pet items from local pet stores. At the end of the race we’ll be opening the doors to our shelter so you can come inside and see our kitties up for adoption!
