On April 22nd the Apex Farmers’ Market is opening for business for 2017! To help you beat the rush to the market we are holding a race to celebrate the big day and give you a head start. The Apex Farmers’ Market is a not-for-profit dedicated to being a resource to the town of Apex and surrounding communities. Its mission is to provide educational outreach regarding healthful living and the health and economic benefits of consuming locally grown food and supporting locally produced products, while providing farmers and local producers opportunities to directly market their goods and services. The Race to Market Opening Day 3.5 Mile & 5 Mile is a great way to kick off the season.
