You never know what you may find, from the curious to the incredible, at the 13th annual Senior Center Yard sale on June 17 from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Cary Senior Center, 120 Maury O’Dell Place.

Admission is free, and all proceeds from the cash-only event will be split seven ways between the Senior Center and the six Cary Senior Citizen Clubs (XYZ, AARP, Senior Technology Education, Cary Garden Club, Bharatiya Senior Citizens of NC, and the Volunteer Sewing Club). All sales are final with no refunds given.

Funds raised from the yard sale have helped pay for software updates for the computer lab used by the Senior Tech Education program; bought yarn, sewing machines, and other materials for the Volunteer Sewing Group; and helped fund the planting, growing, and harvesting of vegetables by the Cary Garden Club in the community garden that are then donated to the Dorcas Food Pantry.
