HOPE FOR THE WARRIORS TO HOST SOLA HOT MINI 5K MARCH 10

WHAT:           Hope For The Warriors will host the Sola Hot Mini 5K March 10 in Raleigh.

Founded in 2006 aboard Camp Lejeune, Hope For The Warriors is a national nonprofit dedicated to restoring a sense of self, family and hope for veterans, service members and military families.

Now in its fifth year, this race is part of the 2018 Second Empire Grand Prix – the third race in the 15-event year-long series.

Sponsored by Sola Coffee & Café, the race starts and finishes at their store located at 7705 Lead Mine Road in North Raleigh.

The entry fee is $25 until February 11 and from February 12- March 9 it is $30. The race-day entry fee is $35. Preregistration is encouraged by visiting https://solahotmini5k.com/.

Packet pickup and onsite registration begins March 9 from 5 -7 p.m. and resumes March 10 from 7 – 8 a.m. at Sola Coffee & Café.

All proceeds from the event will go to support Hope For The Warriors and its variety of programs which include transition, clinical health and wellness, sports and recreation, community engagement, development and awareness.
