Garner has been selected as a host site for the 5th annual North Carolina Statewide Star Party. This signature event is part of the North Carolina Science Festival. Enjoy stargazing with the Raleigh Astronomy Club, guided hikes, crafts and other activities at this free educational event that celebrates our night sky. Families are invited to bring tents to spend the night for a fee. Pre-registration for camping is required, contact 919.661.6982.
