The Farmers Fall Festival

Sep 24, 2022 @ 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

free

Come celebrate the Fall Harvest with the farmers of the Cary Downtown Farmers Market, Cary’s original, one and only, local farmers market, located at the historic Ivey-Ellington House on West Chatham Street.

The festival will take place in an expanded footprint emanating from the Ivey-Ellington House and spreading between Academy and Harrison Avenue with booths lining both sides of the street.
The Main Stage will feature fantastic Triangle musicians. The Martin County Ramblers start the day followed by Mysti Mayhem’s Band filling the streets with music throughout the day. Don’t miss the Once in a Blue Moon Pie Eating Contest at noon during our band break in front of the main stage!
Not only will locally made sustainable crafts be for sale, but festival-goers can learn more about sustainable practices from booths with info about reducing waste, recycling, and composting.
Sample foods, or enjoy lunch options from a variety of food trucks. Don’t miss the Beer Garden on the lawn of the Ivey-Ellington. And we hear that Santa will pay Cary a visit while on his vacation! Look for him in the Children’s Village near Fidelity Plaza.
Funds raised from this event, benefit the Cary Downtown Farmers Market, a 501 (c) 3.
