***This group meets Mondays from 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.***

A group aimed at teaching middle school aged children DBT skills to assist in increasing mindfulness practice and regulating emotions.

Modules are schedule for the following dates:
Mod 1: October 10 – October 31
Mod 2: November 7 – November 28
Mod 3: January 9 – January 30
Mod 4: February 7 – February 28

Topics Covered Include:
Mindfulness
Walking the Middle Path
Emotional Regulation
Distress Tolerance

Group Fees (All Non-Refundable):
• 60-minute consult (required) with parent and teen (fees varies based on group leader)
• Total for the module: $460
• Deposit: $460 per 4 week module (non-refundable, due in full at the time of registering)
