The Center for Volunteer Caregiving is excited to have VocalMotion select our organization as their 2017 charity. VocalMotion, the SAS show choir, is celebrating its 25th season of entertaining the Triangle area and supporting local charities. “We’d love for you to help us celebrate by attending one of our performances of Measures of Love.”

About Measures of Love
Measures of Love is a musical excursion through the trials and tribulations of relationships, offered up through melodic measures of song, exuberant dance, and a good dose of humor!

Come join us and reminisce with old favorites like “Mr. Sandman” (The Chordettes) and contemporary tunes like “I Just Haven’t Met You Yet” (Michael Bublé). Measures of Love will bring you to a happy ending with songs like “Just the Way You Are (Amazing)” (Bruno Mars), “Brand New You” and many more favorites that you’re sure to enjoy!

Admission to the show is free, but the audience is invited to make a donation to The Center for Volunteer Caregiving. “Donations make it possible for seniors and adults with disabilities to remain healthy and safe at home as long as possible,” said Lynn Templeton, Executive Director, The Center for Volunteer Caregiving.

“All of the services we provide from transportation to friendly visits to caregiver support are provided with no fee for services. Your donation could be a turnaround moment for someone helping them realize they are not alone.”

What’s VocalMotion?
VocalMotion, an all-volunteer show choir, was founded in 1992. The choir is made up of SAS employees, spouses, and friends who share a love of music and a passion for performance. Since its inception, VocalMotion has become an ambassador for SAS, performing throughout the community at retirement centers, community functions, and charity events, as well as at company‐sponsored events.

Each year, the group performs a Broadway‐style musical revue on the SAS campus, raising thousands of dollars for a designated charity. These family‐friendly performances consistently fill the company’s 400‐seat auditorium and receive rave reviews.
