The doors will open at 9:45 and our one-hour vinyasa flow will begin at 10:00. Plan to stay and enjoy a complimentary mimosa after class! Extend the event by ordering from the full bar and menu available from Hummingbird next door (we’ve got the reservation covered)! Mats and blocks available; all levels of experience are welcome!
