Wine and shoes – what's not to love?
You're invited to enjoy an evening of the finest wines and latest fashions while helping to provide pivotal resources for students at risk of leaving school early.
Wine, Women & Shoes, benefiting Communities in Schools of North Carolina, will be held at Talley Student Union at N.C. State University on Thursday, Oct. 9 from 6:30 to 10 p.m.
Guests will enjoy a selection of wines while browsing displays from local clothing and accessories vendors.
Some of the Triangle’s top male leaders will serve as “Shoe Guys, dazzling guests with the latest shoe selections, and vendors will donate a portion of all sales to CISNC.
Proceeds from this event will help CISNC reach more students with its programs and services, aimed at promoting success in school and life, as students grow into valued members of the community.
Services offered by CISNC across the K-12 spectrum include mentoring, tutoring, academic support, combating truancy, behavioral intervention, violence prevention, one-time experiences such as college fairs, and more.
Tickets for Wine, Women & Shoes can be purchased at winewomenandshoes.com/raleigh and are $100 for general admission, $360 for the girlfriend package of four tickets, and $1,150 for a VIP table for eight.
