Come experience the synergy between art, food and drink like never before at the grand opening of Cary’s newest restaurant, Chef’s Palette Restaurant and Bar.
Unique to this area, Chef’s Palette offers American cuisine with a French Creole twist and live performances by local artists of all genres.
The restaurant will open its doors on June 1, and grand opening festivities will begin June 2 with featured artist The Cosmo Kid performing his art show Wed.–Sat. from 5–9 p.m. Live musical performances by The Garland Mason Band and Jason Adamo and Band will be Friday and Saturday, respectively, from 9:30 p.m.–close.
Signature dishes include Voodoo Pasta — a pork ribeye, shrimp and crawfish blend in a spicy Creole tomato sauce with orzo pasta — and Earth and Sky — a bleu cheese crusted lamb rack and chargrilled duck breast covered in a raspberry hot pepper jelly glaze.
While enjoying these New Orleans-inspired dishes, diners can watch local artists create masterpieces live. Whether you are seated inside or on the outdoor patio, you are guaranteed a great view as the restaurant is equipped with streaming video technology. The restaurant will also host live performances by local musicians every weekend.
Accompanying the restaurant, Chef’s Palette also has a full bar featuring a lighter dining menu and original cocktails created by their very own mixologist and an extensive wine selection.
The restaurant is located off of Ten Ten Road in Cary and will be open for dinner Mon.–Thurs. from 5–9:30 p.m. and Fri.–Sat. from 5–10:30 p.m. The bar will be open Mon.–Thurs. from 5 p.m.–midnight and Fri.–Sat. from 5 p.m.–2 a.m. Items from the bar menu range in price from $4–$12 while the dinner menu ranges in price from $14–$31.
