1.5 oz. cranberry maple simple syrup (see recipe below)
1.5 oz. unsweetened cranberry juice
2 oz. Basil Hayden bourbon
Fresh cranberries rolled in sugar
Rosemary
Cranberry Maple Simple Syrup
½ cup pure maple syrup
¼ cup water
1 cup frozen cranberries
In a cocktail shaker, combine liquid ingredients over ice and shake. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with sugared cranberries and rosemary. Mix all ingredients together in a pot and heat until the mixture begins to boil and cranberries begin to pop (about 5 minutes). Strain liquid from solids to create simple syrup.
