Cocktails for Valentine's Day (or Any Day)

These colorful cocktails add a pop of seasonal color to your glass, whether you’re celebrating solo or mixing them up for your favorite people.

Pink Lady

1 1/2 ounces London Dry gin
1/2 ounce applejack
3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1/4 ounce grenadine
1 egg white

Add all ingredients into a shaker and vigorously dry-shake (without ice). Add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry.

Woo Woo

2 ounces vodka
1 ounce peach schnapps
3 ounces cranberry juice

Combine all ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice. Stir. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Pisco Bramble

2 ounces pisco
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1/2 ounce Chambord

Add the pisco, lime juice, and simple syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with ice. Pour the Chambord over the back of a spoon to float it on top of the drink. Garnish with a mint sprig and two skewered Chambord-soaked raspberries.

Tequila Mockingbird

1 slice jalapeño
3 watermelon cubes (each about 1 inch)
2 ounces blanco tequila
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
3/4 ounce agave syrup

Muddle the jalapeno and watermelon in a shaker. Add tequila, lime juice, agave syrup, and ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
